Services Not Included

The following are not included in the quote and may include additional charges:

  • If customer chooses colours in neutral and ultra-deep colours, additional charges per litre will apply unless noted on estimate.
  • If new fixtures are to be installed, an additional charge per door fixture and per light fixture shall be added to the invoice.
  • Quote includes 2 colours and/or products. Each additional colour or product type is extra unless otherwise specified.
  • Accent walls are billed per wall unless specified otherwise in the quote.
  • Ceilings painted a different colour shall be billed at a rate per sq. ft for labour and materials unless otherwise
    specified on the estimate.
  • Work added after quote will be added to the final invoice. Job comes complete with all caulking, sanding, scraping, priming, masking, taping, etc. Door jambs, skirting boards, and trim with nicks and damage can only be minimally repaired.
  • Moving and reinstalling washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens or large appliances will be an additional charge per appliance.
  • If job includes spraying interior trim, a light dust is created, and A Grade Painting Services cannot guarantee a dust free home upon completion.
